Dental Assisting

Develop the skills needed to play a key role in a rapidly growing health occupation as a Dental Assistant. Dental Assistants provide patient care, take dental radiographs, prepare patients and equipment for dental procedures and provide administrative procedures under the supervision of dentists and dental hygienists.

  • Salary range $35,470 to $61,060 with median salary of $46,540

  • Provide official transcripts of high school diploma or equivalent.

*Fees include all certification, testing fees and uniforms. Students are required to obtain the Hepatitis B series; some externships require additional inoculations. Students seeking financial aid assistance must complete the FAFSA and associated financial aid paperwork. Payment arrangements must be made prior to the first day of class.
