Basic Life Saving (BLS)
American Medical Technologists Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Ohio State Dental Board Certified Radiographer's License
Dental Assisting Admission Requirements

*Fees include all certification testing fees, drug testing and uniforms. Students are required to obtain the Hepatitis B series. All vaccines and immune testing are not part of tuition and must be paid for by the student. Students seeking financial aid assistance must complete the FAFSA and associated financial aid paperwork. Payment arrangements must be made prior to the first day of class.
