Millwright-Industrial Maintenance Technician

The Millwright- Industrial Maintenance Technician program prepares graduates with the skills necessary for an entry - level industrial mechanic, maintenance technician, maintenance mechanic or millwright position. Industrial mechanics, maintenance technicians and maintenance mechanics repair and maintain industrial machinery and equipment such as crane pumps, engines and motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machinery, refinery and pipeline distribution systems. A millwright installs, dismantles, repairs and reassembles, and moves machinery in factories, power plants and construction sites. Graduates may work in hospitals, schools, municipalities, nursing homes, manufacturing plants and other facilities. Millwrights, industrial maintenance technicians, maintenance technicians and maintenance mechanics are in high demand. Every day brings a new challenge.
