ATTENDANCE: All seniors are required to be in attendance through May 15, 2025.

OBLIGATIONS:  All assigned lab fees, library fines, Chromebook repair bills, etc., must be paid in full by May 2, 2025.  Any Detention time must be served by May 9, 2025.  Your name will be removed from the graduation list, you will not be permitted to participate in the Senior Farewell and you will not receive your portfolio if you have outstanding obligations. 

SENIOR PICTURE:  At the Career Center, April 23rd, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.  Please make arrangements to be here, we would like all seniors to participate.  Wear your LAB career wear.

SENIOR FAREWELL PRACTICE:  May 15, 2025, 8:30-10:00 a.m. at ACWHCC, you must attend practice to participate in the Farewell.  When practice is over, Seniors are excused for the day, 

SENIOR FAREWELL ASSEMBLY:  The farewell assembly will be Friday, May 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Ashland University, Upper Convocation Center.  You will go directly to Ashland University, you do not need to come to the Career Center.  You need to arrive at AU by 9:15 a.m.  You will be excused to leave immediately after the completion of the assembly.

PERSONAL APPEARANCE:  You are to wear your cap and gown.  No student will be admitted or allowed to participate in the assembly if they are not properly dressed. This means no shorts, sweats, jeans, tennis shoes, flip flops, tank tops, etc. Girls are to wear a dress or skirt/pants and blouse. Boys are to wear dress pants and a dress shirt with a collar, a tie is preferred.

CAPS & GOWNS:  Caps should be placed upon the head so that the mortarboard is level with the long points of the crown on the back.  Gowns should be placed on a hanger to allow the folds to fall out.  Boys will remove their caps during The Pledge of Allegiance and National Anthem.  Tassels are worn over the right temple.

CEREMONY BEHAVIOR:  Please no talking or chewing gum during the ceremony.  This is a very special day for all of you.  Please, no pranks, or you may be removed from the ceremony and not have the opportunity to walk with your graduating class.

CHROMEBOOKS:  Seniors are permitted to keep their Chromebooks.   Directions for seniors to deprovision Chromebooks will be sent to your school email.
