Construction Technology
Enjoy working with your hands and working with a team? At the Career Center’s main campus, students in the Construction Technology program spend two years building a high-quality modular home from the ground up. Students work in teams and independently in all aspects of construction including framing, roofing, plumbing, wiring, and interior/exterior finishing while learning to operate a wide range of professional hand, power, and air tools. Time spent with aerial work platforms and tele-handlers allows students to gain an even wider range of construction experience. Students will also participate in smaller projects as they take part in community service. The Career Center is a registered modular home builder.
