We wanted to congratulate recent Mapleton High School and HVAC/R program graduates, Andrew Hageman & Jaylyn Knuth on beginning their HVAC/R careers. Andrew was hired as an Assistant to the Service Technicians with Shakley Mechanical Inc and will continue his training in the fall. Jaylyn recently accepted a job as an HVAC/R Mechanic with UH Samaritan Medical Center. They came to the Career Center for their senior year, enrolling in our HVAC/R program (new in 2022-23), only giving them one year to learn, train and gain certifications. They took the opportunities available to them head on, earning their EPA 608 Universal certification, OSHA-10, Scissor Lift and CPR/First Aid certifications.
